Customer Service Excellence

  • Deliver exceptional customer engagement by greeting every shopper in a positive, approachable, and professional manner throughout their visit.
  • Assist customers with merchandise selection, offering product knowledge, helpful recommendations, and answers to questions about store offerings, promotions, and product availability.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit, debit, and other payment methods with precision and integrity.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly, ensuring every shopper leaves with a positive impression of arenaflex and the experience we provide.
  • Maintain awareness of customer activity on the sales floor to ensure a safe, welcoming, and secure shopping environment for everyone.

Merchandising and Store Presentation

  • Stock and replenish merchandise on sales floor displays, ensuring that products are organized, attractively presented, and easy for customers to find.
  • Support unloading of merchandise deliveries from incoming trucks, verifying shipments, and transporting products from the stockroom to the sales floor in a timely manner.
  • Recover merchandise and maintain shelf organization, rotating stock as needed and ensuring that the store always looks its best for customers.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing store environment that reflects the arenaflex commitment to quality and value.

Operational Support and Team Collaboration

  • Work collaboratively with store leadership and team members to achieve daily operational goals, sales targets, and customer satisfaction benchmarks.

Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on role that requires physical stamina and capability. The ideal candidate must be able to:

  • Regularly lift up to 40 pounds from floor level to above shoulder height, and occasionally lift up to 55 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Availability
