The role requires approximately 15 hours per week, with the understanding that your weekly commitment is not a rigid block of continuous work. Instead, you will log in to our systems, review and complete the available tasks, and log out when your immediate workload is cleared. Throughout the day, you will sign back in periodically to handle new assignments as they become available. This flexible structure allows you to manage your time effectively while ensuring that client data and customer inquiries are addressed promptly.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, your daily contributions will directly impact the efficiency and reputation of the personal training business we support. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Client Data Management: Accurately updating and maintaining client information within Google Sheets, including personal details, training preferences, progress metrics, subscription statuses, and contact records. You will ensure that all entries are current, correctly formatted, and free of errors.
  • Customer Text Communication: Responding to customer inquiries through our proprietary texting platform in a timely, professional, and friendly manner. You will assist clients with questions about training programs, scheduling, billing inquiries, and general information requests.
  • Quality Assurance: Reviewing your own work for accuracy before submission, identifying any inconsistencies or potential issues, and flagging concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Document Organization: Maintaining well-organized digital records, ensuring that all client files are properly categorized, labeled, and easily retrievable by other team members.
