Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Executive at arenaflex, you will take ownership of customer interactions across multiple channels and play a critical role in ensuring our customers feel heard, valued, and supported. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Interaction Management: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received via phone, email, and live chat. Ensure each interaction reflects the high standards of service that arenaflex is known for.

Working Hours

This is a full-time position with regular working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Occasionally, there may be opportunities for overtime or flexible shifts based on business needs and your availability.
