Key Responsibilities

  • Verification & Validation: Cross‑check entered data against original source documents to ensure 100 % accuracy, flagging any discrepancies for immediate resolution.
  • Database Maintenance: Update existing records, retrieve archived data upon request, and perform routine data clean‑up to keep the system organized and efficient.
  • Backup & Preservation: Execute scheduled backups, verify backup integrity, and follow arenaflex’s data‑preservation policies to protect critical information.
  • File Organization: Maintain both physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring that documents are stored in a logical, searchable manner.
  • Policy Enforcement: Contribute to the development and enforcement of data‑management standards, helping to create a culture of data integrity across the organization.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior data managers, quality assurance analysts, and other team members to streamline workflows and improve overall data handling processes.

Essential Qualifications
