As a Remote Real Estate Agent & Business Development Executive, you’ll take the lead in acquiring and managing premium long-term rentals, securing high-value property management contracts, and building relationships with luxury investors. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and onboard a premium portfolio of luxury and ultra-luxury under our property management profile for our exclusive markets.
- List, Rent, and sell some of Maimon's exclusive listings in our markets.
- Develop deep, lasting relationships with luxury real easte agents, property owners, Investors, and developers, and guests.
- Act as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador for The Maimon Group
- Strategic involvement in company outreach and business development efforts
- Leverage CRM tools and marketing automation to stay ahead of the game
- Elevate your visibility and credibility with Maimon’s exclusive branding QUALIFICATIONS
- Active California Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License (required)
- Experience in real estate sales, business development, or property management
- Knowledge of luxury property markets, investment real estate, and short-term rentals
- Strong negotiation and closing skills — you know how to seal the deal
- Confident and self-directed, with an ability to manage leads and clients independently
- Proficiency in MLS, contracts, CRM platforms, and real estate marketing tools
