Attorney - Real Estate Transactions - Remote Role - $250k

Real Estate Transactional Associate | Washington, DC / Maryland (Hybrid/Flexible Remote) – Up to $250k Location/Schedule: Washington, DC / Maryland (Hybrid with strong remote flexibility – fully remote encouraged for seniors, office available for occasional use, no fixed in-office days) Base Salary: Up to $250k (plus performance incentives) Practice: Commercial Real Estate Transactions – Acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, development, joint ventures, and complex real estate deals across the Washington, DC metropolitan area and beyond. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Negotiate and document complex commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and joint ventures.
• Draft and review purchase agreements, leases, loan documents, and development agreements.
• Conduct due diligence and manage closings for a wide range of property types.
• Advise clients on structuring, risk allocation, and ongoing real estate matters in the DC metro region.

Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):

• JD and active bar admission in MD, DC, or VA.
• 4–8+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience with strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Experience with financing, leasing, or development work is a plus.
