Role Overview – Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative on the Policy Services team, you will deliver high‑quality support to policyholders and producers. You will answer policy questions, process changes, and resolve inquiries related to billing, underwriting, and general policy information. Your ability to communicate with empathy, professionalism, and precision will directly impact customer satisfaction and the overall success of arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound communications: Respond to calls, chats, and emails from policyholders, agents, and producers with courtesy and efficiency.
  • Assess customer needs: Identify and evaluate client requirements to provide tailored solutions that achieve satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate information: Use arenaflex’s tools and systems to deliver complete, valid, and up‑to‑date policy details.
  • Achieve performance targets: Meet personal and team service metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and quality scores.
  • Address underwriting inquiries: Answer questions about home inspections, property hazards, and liability concerns.
  • Process policy modifications: Execute endorsements, cancellations, name changes, address updates, and other policy adjustments.
  • Resolve complaints: Offer appropriate solutions within defined timeframes, follow up to ensure resolution, and document outcomes.

  • Property & Casualty Insurance License (preferred but not required).
