[Remote] Clinical Research Recruiter

Green Key Resources is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Recruiter to support their Clinical Research division by identifying and placing top talent across research sites, sponsors, and CROs. The role involves sourcing clinical talent, managing the full candidate lifecycle, and maintaining strong pipelines for high-demand clinical research roles.
Responsibilities
- Source Clinical Talent — Build pipelines of qualified candidates across clinical research function
- Full Candidate Lifecycle — Screen, qualify, prep, and guide candidates through interviews and offer
- Partner With Account Managers — Align on role requirements and deliver high‑quality candidate submission
- Market Intelligence — Stay informed on hiring trends across pharma, biotech, and medical device sector
- Pipeline Management — Maintain strong, proactive pipelines for high‑demand clinical research role
- Candidate Experience — Provide a consultative, high‑touch experience throughout the hiring process
- Recruit Clinical Research Coordinators (CRC)
- Recruit Clinical Research Nurses
- Recruit Clinical Trial/Study Associates
- Recruit Data Coordinators / Data Managers
- Recruit Regulatory Coordinators
- Recruit Principal Investigators (PI)
- Recruit Clinical Operations & Site Support roles
Skills
- 2–3+ years of recruiting experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device environments
- Experience placing roles such as Clinical Research Coordinators (CRC), Clinical Research Nurses (CRN), Clinical Trial/Study Associates (CTA), Data Coordinators, etc
- Strong understanding of GCP, clinical trial phases, and research site workflows
- Ability to manage multiple searches and deliver consistent weekly activity
- Prior staffing agency experience strongly preferred
