[Remote] Sales Account Manager (Life Sciences)

They are seeking a results-driven Sales Account Manager in Life Sciences to manage key accounts, develop new business opportunities, and deliver tailored automation solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth
- Identify, pursue, and close complex custom automation and engineered system opportunities
- Lead the full sales lifecycle, from opportunity development through contract negotiation and project handoff
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across engineering, operations, procurement, and executive leadership
- Collaborate with internal engineering and application teams to develop and deliver tailored technical solutions
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging Life Science technologies
Skills
- 4-7+ years of sales experience in custom automation, engineered systems, or capital equipment
- Proven track record of closing complex, technical sales opportunities
- Experience within Life Science related markets
- Strong consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or similar)
- Experience with applications engineering, robotics, automated manufacturing systems, or system integration
- Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales processes
