Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Turing is a leading research accelerator for frontier AI labs, seeking Capital Markets experts to enhance AI models. The role involves evaluating and training AI systems based on deep knowledge of equity and debt issuance and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate LLM models on capital markets topics such as securities pricing, IPO structuring, syndication processes, and fixed income analytics
  • Create rubrics to assess model capabilities on tasks like bond valuation, yield curve analysis, derivatives pricing, and market risk assessment
  • Collaborate with AI researchers and fellow finance experts to shape training methods, evaluation strategies, and benchmarks

Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in Capital Markets (e.g., DCM, ECM, structured products, sales & trading desks, or market-making)
  • Strong grasp of securities markets, pricing mechanisms, issuance processes, credit analysis, and market microstructure
  • Excellent English written communication
  • CFA (Level I/II/III)
  • FRM
  • MBA in Finance
