They are seeking a highly motivated Litigation Support Specialist to provide comprehensive litigation support within a fast-paced family law practice, ensuring accuracy across documentation and efficiently driving cases from initiation to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organized case files and documentation within Clio
• Identify inefficiencies and support improvements to streamline case progression
• Meet with clients and maintain professional, clear communication
• Assist attorneys with strategic case planning and execution
• Support back-office legal operations and workflow implementation
• Manage and respond to daily client communications and calls
• Review and analyze discovery responses to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Provide litigation support, including legal drafting and preparation of legal documents
• Generate reports and affidavits related to spousal support, alimony, and equitable distribution

Skills

• 1-2 years of experience working as a legal assistant or in a law firm
• Strong legal drafting skills are a must
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Spanish is a plus)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident in client-facing interactions
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Proficiency in AI tools and legal technology platforms
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Adaptability in a fast-paced legal environment
• Knowledge of Family Law is preferred but not required
