Position Overview

arenaflex’s Member Operations division within its Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) business is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for enthusiastic, empathetic, and detail‑oriented individuals to join our remote Customer Service team in the Orlando, FL market.   • Participate in a comprehensive 6‑week virtual training program, including two days of on‑site orientation, to master arenaflex’s policies, tools, and member‑care techniques.

  • Adhere to scheduled work hours while remaining flexible to peak‑volume adjustments; communicate any schedule changes promptly.

Essential Qualifications
