Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end‑to‑end execution of the Customer Insight Center’s product workflow, ensuring high‑quality, accurate data entry for internal stakeholders.
  • Design, document, and continuously refine methodologies, prioritization frameworks, and operating procedures for the Customer Insight Center.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Design, arenaflex Interface, Data Engineering, arenaflex+, and Marketing—to deliver best‑in‑class customer research solutions that prioritize data security and privacy.
  • Develop and maintain scalable tools and processes that meet the security and compliance requirements of internal teams handling customer data and behavior analytics.
  • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that measure the success and internal adoption of the Customer Insight Center.
  • Stay current with industry trends in customer digital behavior, data privacy, security standards, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
  • Partner with engineering, product, and analytics teams to translate business needs into technical specifications, ensuring seamless integration of new data sources and analytical capabilities.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts and data entry specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
