IP Paralegal - Patent & Trademark - FULLY REMOTE for West Coast Candidates Nationally recognized intellectual property law firm seeking an IP Paralegal to join their collaborative team. Responsibilities
- Support patent and trademark prosecution matters
- Manage USPTO docketing and deadlines
- Draft, review, and proofread patent and trademark documents and correspondence
- Prepare patent applications
- Serve as a client-facing point of contact
- Manage attorney calendars and assist with billing inquiries
- Collaborate with attorneys, patent agents, and accounting teams
Schedule & Compensation
- Remote opportunity for West Coast candidates
- Occasional in-office visits preferred for candidates local to San Luis Obispo
- Flexible schedule options
- Salary range: $70,000–$90,000, with flexibility up to $100,000 for the right candidate
- Annual bonus potential
- Low billable requirement of 800 hours annually

Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience handling intellectual property matters
- Experience handling both trademark and patent prosecution
- USPTO docket management experience
- Client-facing experience
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
