Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Application Solution Architect to lead the modernization of enterprise applications and customer-facing platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and driving modern architecture strategies, guiding technical teams, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable, future-ready solutions. This role requires strong expertise in modern application architecture, cloud technologies, integration patterns, and customer engagement, particularly within telecom and contact center environments. Responsibilities: Define and drive application modernization strategies for legacy platforms and user experiences. Design and promote API-first, microservices-first, and event-driven architectures. Create scalable, maintainable, and secure solution architectures aligned with business objectives. Provide architectural leadership and technical guidance to Team Leads and engineering teams. Evaluate existing systems and define modernization roadmaps, migration strategies, and target architectures. Collaborate with customers, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to align technical solutions with business needs. Present architectural proposals, negotiate technical approaches, and influence decision-making with challenging stakeholders and clients. Establish and promote architecture standards, best practices, and governance processes. Support integration initiatives involving ESB and modern integration platforms where applicable. Contribute to solution estimations, risk assessments, and technical planning activities.

Qualifications

Experience in Telecom, Contact Center, Customer Experience, or related industries. Understanding of large-scale enterprise environments and digital transformation initiatives. Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Application Architect, or Enterprise Architect. Strong experience in modernizing enterprise applications and legacy systems. Deep understanding of:API-first architecture principles Microservices architecture Event-driven and event-based architecture patterns Modern application architecture patterns and best practices Experience with cloud platforms and cloud-native design principles. Cloud certification in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (AWS preferred). Experience with modern frontend and user experience frameworks. Strong knowledge of system integration patterns and distributed systems. Nice to have: TOGAF certification. Experience with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) platforms and integration architectures. Experience with contact center technologies and customer engagement platforms. Experience defining enterprise-wide architecture standards and governance frameworks. Additional Information
