Role Overview – Why This Position Matters

As a Remote Entry‑Level Data Entry & Marketplace Account Manager you will play a critical role in growing the third‑party (3P) seller ecosystem on arenaflex’s marketplace. You will be the bridge between new sellers and our platform, helping them onboard, optimize product listings, and achieve sustainable growth. Your work will directly influence the breadth and depth of our product catalog, improve the shopping experience for customers, and drive revenue for both sellers and arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Development & Seller Acquisition

  • Identify, prospect, and recruit high‑potential sellers across a variety of categories, focusing on those that fill gaps in our current product assortment.
  • Conduct virtual outreach, webinars, and one‑on‑one presentations to showcase the benefits of selling on arenaflex.
  • Develop and execute go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies that attract top‑tier sellers and accelerate their time‑to‑revenue.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospective sellers, tracking progress through a CRM system and ensuring timely follow‑up.

Onboarding, Data Management & Product Selection

  • Guide new sellers through the onboarding process, including account setup, policy compliance, and catalog upload.
  • Perform high‑volume data entry tasks with precision, ensuring product information (titles, descriptions, pricing, images) meets arenaflex’s quality standards.
  • Analyze product selection gaps and recommend new categories or items that align with market demand and seasonal trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Category Management, Pricing, Logistics) to resolve data discrepancies and improve listing accuracy.

Seller Enablement & Performance Optimization

  • Provide sellers with data‑driven insights, best‑practice guidelines, and performance metrics to help them meet delivery, customer satisfaction, and revenue targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, offering actionable recommendations to improve conversion rates, pricing strategies, and inventory management.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for seller inquiries, escalating complex issues to relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring timely resolution.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Market Intelligence

  • Partner with marketing, advertising, and product teams to develop promotional campaigns that boost seller visibility.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and seasonal fluctuations to inform strategic decisions and keep arenaflex ahead of the curve.
  • Contribute to internal reports and dashboards that track seller growth, product assortment expansion, and overall marketplace health.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven sales or business development experience, preferably within e‑commerce, retail, FMCG, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets using consultative, solution‑oriented selling techniques.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to craft compelling presentations.
  • Comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast‑changing environment and capable of juggling multiple priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of direct experience in e‑commerce marketplace onboarding or seller support.
  • Experience selling consumer electronics or related product categories on online platforms.

  • Familiarity with marketplace tools such as Seller Central, Vendor Central, or similar platforms.
  • Exposure to data‑driven marketing automation or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
