Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Cleansing and Validation: Participate in ongoing data cleansing initiatives to identify, correct, and prevent errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies in our records.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across various departments, including Customer Service, Compliance, and Operations, to identify and resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Protocol Adherence: Follow established data entry procedures, standards, and guidelines to maintain uniformity and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Confidentiality and Security: Uphold the highest standards of data security and confidentiality, ensuring that sensitive customer and corporate information is protected at all times in accordance with arenaflex security policies.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit regular reports on data entry activities, error rates, and process improvements to management as required.

Essential Qualifications

  • Educational Background: A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required. An associate degree or coursework in business administration, information management, or a related field is preferred.
