You will work closely with cross‑functional teams—including Flight Operations, Customer & Business Services, Systems & Services, People & Finance—to ensure that the applications used by pilots and flight attendants meet the highest quality standards. Your contributions will directly influence the reliability of mission‑critical software, the efficiency of business processes, and the overall success of arenaflex’s strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications.
  • Perform meticulous data entry tasks, ensuring that all records, test results, and project artifacts are accurate, up‑to‑date, and stored in accordance with arenaflex’s data governance policies.
  • Assist Scrum Masters, Engineers, and Product Owners in planning, coding, testing, and deployment cycles, tracking progress against timelines and budgets.
  • Execute functional and integration testing activities, logging defects, retesting fixes, and validating that software changes meet defined acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain and update internal tools, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to provide real‑time visibility into project health and quality metrics.
  • Facilitate effective communication between Business and Innovation teams, acting as a liaison to resolve ambiguities and ensure alignment.
  • Participate in process improvement workshops, contributing ideas for streamlining workflows, reducing manual effort, and enhancing data integrity.
  • Support the creation of training materials, user guides, and knowledge‑base articles to aid end‑users in adopting new system functionalities.
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and project scopes, delivering high‑quality results within tight deadlines while maintaining a proactive, solution‑focused attitude.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort navigating web‑based applications.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct business analysis, process mapping, and requirements documentation with a keen eye for detail.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Organizational Ability: Proven capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Team Orientation: Demonstrated success working in collaborative, fast‑paced environments that value respect, empathy, and open dialogue.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous internship or co‑op experience in a technology‑focused or business‑analysis role, preferably within the aviation or transportation sector.
  • Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies, including participation in sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or basic SQL querying.
  • Experience with process improvement frameworks such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
  • Understanding of airline operations, flight crew workflows, or passenger service processes.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Attention to Detail: Precision in data entry and documentation to prevent downstream errors.
  • Critical Thinking: Ability to identify gaps, anticipate risks, and propose actionable solutions.
  • Adaptability: Comfort with evolving project scopes and the agility to pivot quickly.
  • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills for building trust across diverse functional teams.
  • Time Management: Efficient handling of concurrent responsibilities while maintaining high quality.
  • Customer Focus: Commitment to delivering outcomes that enhance the experience of arenaflex’s passengers and crew.
