Position Overview: Remote Customer Support Representative

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering a superior service experience to our valued members. Working remotely from the comfort of your home, you will handle a wide range of inquiries, resolve issues with efficiency and empathy, and provide accurate information about health care plans, benefits, claims, and account management. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a consistently high standard of service delivery.
  • Assist members with account-related questions, claims processing, benefits explanations, eligibility inquiries, and general information requests.
  • Identify, document, and escalate priority issues to appropriate internal channels for timely and effective resolution.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions within company systems and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.
  • Collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams, including claims, billing, and clinical support, to address complex member needs and improve overall service delivery.
  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex products, services, policies, procedures, and the broader health insurance industry.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including call quality, response times, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates.
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching sessions, and professional development opportunities to continuously enhance skills and product knowledge.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to leadership regarding process improvements, member experience enhancements, and operational efficiencies.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality standards and comply with all regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and other applicable privacy laws.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education or relevant coursework preferred.
  • Prior experience in a customer service, call center, or client-facing role, ideally within the health care, insurance, or financial services industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly, compassionately, and concisely.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to first-call resolution.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively, navigate multiple systems simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
