Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Part‑Time Chat Specialist to represent arenaflex’s dealer clients in live online conversations. In this role, you will be the digital front‑line, answering inquiries about automotive and RV sales, service, financing, and general dealership information. Your primary goal is to provide accurate, helpful information, schedule appointments, and capture leads that drive revenue for our clients. This position is based at our College Station office – a modern facility with on‑site amenities – and is not a remote work‑from‑home role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with website visitors through live chat, delivering prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable responses.
  • Answer a wide variety of customer questions related to vehicle inventory, service offerings, financing options, and dealership policies.
  • Guide prospects toward scheduling test drives, service appointments, or finance consultations, effectively converting chats into qualified leads.
  • Maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge base of ever‑evolving product lines, promotional campaigns, and dealership services.

Essential Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to type at least 35 words per minute; a speed of 40 WPM or higher is preferred.
  • Strong written communication skills with an emphasis on clarity, professionalism, and a friendly tone.
  • Basic proficiency with internet browsers, Windows‑based operating systems, and common office software.

  • Prior experience in retail customer service, automotive sales, or dealership environments.
