Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Communication

  • Respond to inbound chat inquiries from candidates, recruiters, and partners with a warm, professional tone, typically within 30 seconds of receipt.
  • Guide users through arenaflex’s platform features, event registration processes, and upskilling resources, ensuring they feel confident and supported.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice that reflects arenaflex’s commitment to inclusion, empowerment, and innovation.

Problem Resolution & Escalation

  • Diagnose and resolve a wide range of issues, from login difficulties and payment queries to technical glitches and event‑related concerns.
  • Escalate complex or high‑priority cases to the appropriate internal teams (Product, Engineering, Finance, etc.) while keeping the customer informed of progress and expected timelines.
  • Document each interaction in the CRM system, capturing key details, sentiment, and any follow‑up actions required.

Product Knowledge & Continuous Learning

  • Stay up‑to‑date with arenaflex’s evolving product suite, new event launches, and partnership announcements.
  • Participate in weekly knowledge‑sharing sessions, product demos, and internal webinars to deepen expertise.
  • Contribute to the creation of FAQ articles, chat scripts, and self‑service resources that empower users to find answers independently.

Multi‑Tasking & Efficiency

  • Manage multiple concurrent chat sessions without sacrificing quality, using built‑in prioritization tools and time‑boxing techniques.
