As a member of the arenaflex Customer Experience Team, you will:

  • Provide Real‑Time Assistance: Respond promptly to incoming chat inquiries, delivering clear, courteous, and accurate information to students, parents, and guardians.
  • Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Diagnose and resolve platform‑related problems, ranging from login difficulties to navigation glitches, ensuring a smooth user experience.
  • Guide Enrollment & Registration: Walk users through the step‑by‑step registration process, explaining required documentation, deadlines, and best practices for successful enrollment.
  • Escalate Complex Cases: Identify issues that require deeper investigation and route them to the appropriate internal teams—such as IT, finance, or academic support—while maintaining ownership of the case until resolution.
  • Document Interactions: Accurately log each chat session in our CRM system, capturing key details, resolutions, and follow‑up actions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
  • Collaborate Across Departments: Partner with product, training, and marketing teams to share insights from chat interactions, contributing to continuous platform enhancements and user education initiatives.

Essential Qualifications
