Responsibilities: Manage incoming customer requests, troubleshoot technical issues, and guide clients through the use of our platform. Identify and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams for resolution, ensuring accurate documentation of customer inquiries and their resolutions. Communicate with clients throughout the customer journey, from onboarding through to... continued platform use, to improve retention and customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain positive relationships with our clients, promoting brand loyalty and advocacy. Collaborate with various internal teams to improve client experience on the platform. Create and maintain client-facing documentation and educational resources, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and relevant. Contribute to process improvement and quality assurance initiatives in the customer support function. Requirements: Prior experience in a customer service or support role, ideally within a remote capacity. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt communication style to suit diverse audiences and cultures. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a demanding, fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a solutions-oriented mindset. Comfortable using customer support software and tools, including ticketing systems, live chat, and email communications tools. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service experiences that build loyalty and satisfaction. Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate clients in different time zones.
