You will lead the hiring efforts for our Engineering and product teams, contributing to the realization of our vision. Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with the company's overall strategy and goals. Oversee the recruitment and selection... process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. Create and implement training programs for new hires and facilitate ongoing employee development. Manage performance evaluations, providing guidance and support to managers and employees. Ensure compliance with all HR-related laws and regulations. Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions. Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring employee data is secure and confidential. Requirements: Requirements: Demonstrated ability to influence people and build high-performing teams. Proven experience of more than 5 years as an HR Manager. Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices. Experience in recruiting and hiring for remote teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
