Position Overview

arenaflex is currently seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and service-driven Remote Customer Service Agent to join our growing Aviation Travel Support team. In this fully remote role, you will be the first point of contact for passengers seeking assistance with reservations, flight changes, travel concerns, and general inquiries. Every interaction you handle will shape the travel experience of thousands of customers, making this position both impactful and rewarding. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver prompt, courteous, and professional assistance to customers through multiple channels including phone, email, live chat, and social media messaging platforms.
  • Manage, modify, and confirm reservations, bookings, itineraries, and flight changes with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Address customer concerns, complaints, and escalations in a calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented manner.
  • Provide personalized travel recommendations, upgrade options, and ancillary service information to enhance the overall customer journey.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including operations, ticketing, baggage handling, and loyalty departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of all customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups within company CRM and ticketing systems.
  • Adhere strictly to arenaflex policies, procedures, security protocols, and compliance standards at all times.
  • Stay informed on industry updates, promotions, and policy changes to deliver accurate and current information to travelers.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell services, loyalty programs, and travel packages where appropriate.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions, coaching programs, and team meetings to continuously improve performance and product knowledge.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in communications, business, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a neutral, clear speaking voice and a professional tone.
  • Customer Service Orientation: A genuine passion for helping others and creating positive experiences, even in challenging situations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computers, multi-monitor setups, and navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.
  • Adaptability: Ability to multitask effectively, prioritize competing demands, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Reliability: A dedicated, quiet, and secure home workspace with reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work variable shifts, including evenings, overnight hours, weekends, and holidays as operational needs require.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in customer service, call center, hospitality, or airline industry roles (typically 6 months or more).
  • Familiarity with airline reservation systems such as Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, or similar Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
  • Multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, French, Mandarin, or other widely spoken languages.
  • Knowledge of basic travel terminology, geography, and international travel requirements.
  • Previous sales or upselling experience in a customer-facing role.

Working Hours and Schedule

arenaflex offers flexible scheduling options including both full-time and part-time positions. Shifts may vary based on operational requirements, with coverage needed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. While we strive to accommodate preferences, all team members should be prepared for a rotating schedule that may include early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays. We believe in work-life balance and use advanced scheduling tools to provide advance notice of shift assignments whenever possible.
