Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months of direct customer service experience, preferably within the healthcare or insurance sector. A relevant degree or equivalent education may substitute for experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and proficiency with web‑based CRM tools.
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with a proven track record of delivering clear, concise information.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accurate data entry and thorough documentation.
