Position Overview – Medicare Retiree Solution Customer Service Center

We are actively recruiting dedicated talent for our Pacific Standard Time (PST) region to join the Medicare Retiree Solution Customer Service Center. This full‑time role offers a structured 11‑week training program followed by a flexible shift schedule (8 am – 6 pm local time). The position is compensated at a competitive rate of $17.50 per hour, with opportunities for performance‑based growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Member Education: Clearly explain plan benefits, coverage details, and enrollment processes to Medicare members.
  • Issue Resolution: Listen actively, diagnose concerns, and resolve inquiries with patience and empathy.
  • Documentation Excellence: Accurately capture every interaction in compliance with arenaflex’s documentation standards.
  • Member‑Centric Service: Deliver service that exceeds expectations, ensuring each member feels respected and valued.
  • Proactive Advocacy: Identify opportunities to improve member experience and share insights with the team.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience; military experience is considered an equivalent qualification.
