Skills
- 7+ years working in telecom, fiber, or internet service provider networks
- Hands-on experience building and managing fiber networks (FTTH, PON, IP, or optical networks)
- Experience troubleshooting complex network issues (Tier II/III support)
- Understanding of fiber networks (XGS-PON, OLTs/ONTs)
- Knowledge of IP networking (routing, switching, Layer 2/3)
- Experience with optical networks (DWDM or transport systems)
- Someone that can configure their systems (Nokia, Fujitsu)
- Proficient in monitoring/telemetry, ticketing, log analysis, and config management; scripting/automation
