[Remote] Senior Electrical Project Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Clear. is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead large-scale data center projects in North Carolina. The role involves overseeing project financials, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful project execution from preconstruction through closeout.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale electrical data center projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Serve as the primary client contact and provide leadership to project teams, including Project Managers, Superintendents, Engineers, and field personnel
• Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, billing, and contract administration
• Manage project schedules, procurement strategies, subcontractors, and long-lead equipment coordination
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and mission-critical construction standards
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while mentoring and developing team members
• Drive successful project execution by proactively managing risks, resolving issues, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery

Skills

• 7+ years of Electrical Construction Project Management experience
• 3+ years managing data center, mission-critical, or large-scale infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems, UPS systems, generators, switchgear, cabling, and critical facility retrofits
• Proven success leading complex construction projects and multidisciplinary teams
• Expertise in scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract management
• Proficiency with project management and financial software
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
