- Prepare and send retainer agreements to clients
- Maintain ongoing client communication and follow-ups
- Support billing processes and ensure timely invoicing
- Handle email inbox management and correspondence
- Conduct client intake processes and gather necessary information
- Coordinate scheduling and maintain accurate calendars
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally
