Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates for various positions within the dental and healthcare fields
• Proactively source candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry connections
• Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to ensure candidates meet the required qualifications and are a good cultural fit for P1 Dental Partners
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, create detailed job descriptions, and ensure a smooth hiring process
• Promote P1 Dental Partners as an employer of choice by showcasing our company culture, values, and opportunities for growth
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding
• Maintain accurate records of all candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in dental and healthcare recruitment

Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the dental or healthcare industry
• Strong understanding of dental and healthcare roles, certifications, and industry-specific requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
