Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Marketing Documents Specialist (Japanese) for a contract role. The primary responsibility is to create and refine marketing documents in Japanese while collaborating with the customer’s team to enhance AI model training and evaluation processes.
Responsibilities
- Create, review, and refine marketing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations in Japanese using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Collaborate with the customer's team to provide high-quality input and feedback that enhances AI model training and evaluation processes
- Translate and adapt marketing content to ensure linguistic and cultural accuracy for Japanese-speaking audiences
- Analyze and critique marketing materials for clarity, effectiveness, and brand alignment, contributing expert insights on best practices
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity while managing sensitive project information
- Document and report on project outcomes, providing structured feedback to improve AI learning and documentation practices
Skills
- Have native-level Japanese language proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Possess a bachelor's degree or higher
- Have a minimum of experience in marketing and hands-on experience with marketing documentation
- Have experience in a Fortune 500 company or exposure to high-standard, global marketing environments
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with expertise in creating professional documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Exhibit attention to detail and strong analytical skills to assess document quality and effectiveness
