[Remote] UKG Ready HCM Solution/Implementation Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. PayTech is seeking an experienced HCM Implementation Consultant with expertise in UKG Ready Payroll and/or HR to lead client implementations. The role involves guiding organizations through system configurations, ensuring successful deployments, and delivering impactful solutions that enhance human capital management.
Responsibilities
- Configure and deploy UKG Ready Payroll and/or UKG Ready HR solutions tailored to client needs
- Manage full project lifecycles from requirements gathering through post-launch support
- Develop comprehensive test scripts and quality deliverables
- Execute strategic implementations that maximize ROI and optimize HR, payroll, and timekeeping systems
- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand business requirements
- Provide expert technical guidance on UKG Ready Payroll and/or HR functionalities and best practices
- Troubleshoot complex issues and present innovative solutions
- Build strong, lasting relationships with partners and clients
- Participate in ongoing training and certification programs
- Stay current with industry trends and UKG platform updates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results
- Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and add value
Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience configuring and implementing UKG Ready Payroll and/or Ready HR modules
- In-depth functional knowledge of HR, payroll, and timekeeping modules
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Exceptional communication skills, you can explain complex concepts to any audience
- Analytical mindset with sharp problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work 40+ hours per week and travel as needed
- UKG Ready certifications (SI certifications a plus)
