[Remote] Healthcare Data Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Comagine Health is a national, mission-driven nonprofit organization focused on healthcare quality consulting and improvement services. The Healthcare Data Analyst will collect, analyze, visualize, and interpret data to support healthcare improvement initiatives and inform decision-making for stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Analyze data from a variety of sources and conduct methodologically sound analyses to generate meaningful insights
- Interpret and present data findings to internal and external stakeholders in a clear and actionable way
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure analytic deliverables meet business and client needs
- Partner with analytics and project teams to ensure data governance and data integrity standards are followed
- Support the development of reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate key findings
Skills
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a relevant field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, research, or a related field
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively
- Foundational knowledge of data management and analytics principles
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage priorities and work independently in a remote environment
- Fully remote, home-based role requiring reliable internet and dedicated workspace
- Frequent use of computers, phones, and virtual collaboration tools
- Ability to sit for extended periods and communicate effectively
- Master's degree (MA/MS)
- Healthcare experience
