[Remote] SAP CS (Customer Service) Solution Architect
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. NeerInfo Solutions is seeking a SAP CS Solution Architect to lead large-scale transformation programs across North America. The role involves driving end-to-end solution architecture program delivery and business transformation for SAP Customer Service processes within S4HANA programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead SAP CS-driven transformation programs S4HANA implementations rollouts and conversions and multiple system architecture
- Define and drive target operating model for service management
- Influence CXO-level stakeholders on business transformation roadmap
- Ensure alignment with enterprise transformation office governance and KPIs
- Drive Decisions with key business stakeholders within construct of program timeline
- Own end-to-end solution design for SAP CS Service Management S4HANA Service
- Architect integrated solutions across SD PMEAM CRMService Cloud Finance and Supply Chain other applications like ServiceMax
- Ensure scalable standardized template-based solutions for multicountry rollouts
- Define cleancore architecture using SAP BTP extensions where required
- Lead global template design rollout and deployment strategy
- Manage solution governance Architecture Review Board Design Authority
- Drive data migration testing strategy SITUAT and cutover planning
- Establish risk management RAID logs and quality gates
- Design and optimize Service order management
- Installed base Warranty Management
- Service contracts billing
- Field service execution mobility
- Enable process harmonization across regions and business units
- Architect integrations with SAP EAM Asset Management
- SAP SD Logistics
- SAP FSM Service Cloud
- Third-party field service IoT platforms
- Leverage SAP BTP APIs and event driven architecture
- Partner with CIO Business Heads
- Program Sponsors
- Global Process Owners
- Lead Steering Committee discussions and executive reporting
- Mentor global delivery teams functional technical
- Build and scale SAP service transformation capability
- Contribute to practice assets accelerators and reusable frameworks
Skills
- 12 years in SAP with strong SAP CS S4 Service experience
- Proven experience in leading large SAP transformation programs 10M
- Atleast 10 S4HANA large scale implementation using Agile Activate Methodologies
