[Remote] RCI-TRA-31045-1 Software Engineer (Full stack)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Rangam is seeking a Software Engineer (Full stack) to join their team in revamping a successful technology. The role involves designing, creating, and maintaining application logic, ensuring optimal performance, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance product capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Design, Create, and Maintain Logic
- Identify bottlenecks, and bugs, and devise solutions to address and mitigate these issues
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Developing routine tests and coordinating the testing effort
- Develop Software Quality Assurance processes based on industry best-practices
- Collaboration with product owners, applications engineers, and customer support
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge
- Communicating with business users within all levels of the organization
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS (or related IT degree)
- At least 3 years of work experience
- Understanding of the software development process
- Strong background in productivity software & collaboration tools
- Microsoft .NET Framework (C#) experience, Blazor, Front and Back end
- Familiarity with SQL and No SQL Databases
- Web browser-based development experience (Blazor, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, XML/XSLT)
- Proficient in both front-end and back-end development
- Project management, time management, planning, organizational and analytical skills
- Self-motivation, willingness to take initiative, ability to function effectively independently and in team-based situations
- Basic design ability: Including knowledge of UI/UX and basic prototype design
- Strong written and oral communication skills with good interpersonal skills, ability to express concepts and ideas with clarity
- Sound Knowledge of Test and Defect Management tools like ALM and Jira
- Experience with Agile practices
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
