[Remote] Senior Account Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. BX Studio is a rapidly scaling digital agency working with enterprise brands and growth-stage startups. They are seeking a Senior Account Manager to own client relationships, drive retention, and expand revenue across a portfolio of accounts.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary account lead and trusted advisor for your portfolio
- Develop strong relationships with marketing executives and founders
- Own renewal conversations and all account sales activity
- Identify, scope, and pitch expansion opportunities
- Ensure seamless client experience from sales handoff through ongoing delivery
- Proactively identify and resolve delivery and client satisfaction issues
- Understand our client’s business goals and build actionable roadmaps with PMs and capability specialists
- Collaborate with leadership on pricing, packaging, and account growth plays
Skills
- 5+ years of relevant experience in account management, project management, or customer success at a digital agency
- Track record of building trusted advisor relationships with clients
- Experience in owning renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and growing accounts
- Comfortable discussing budgets, ROI, pricing, and contract terms while maintaining excellent client retention
- Strong experience with web design, development, and SEO projects in an agency setting
- Interest in contributing to account management playbook - templates, processes, QBR frameworks
- Experience with analytics, content marketing, CRO, and branding
- Digital strategy background that helps you advise clients beyond just delivery
