[Remote] Customer Service Representative

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Weatherspoon Agencies, LLC is seeking driven, coachable individuals to join their growing team as Remote Sales & Enrollment Consultants. In this role, you will work with individuals and families to help them navigate coverage options and enroll in essential benefits while working from home.

Responsibilities

• Contact individuals who have requested information
• Educate clients on available benefit options based on their needs
• Assist clients in completing applications and enrolling in coverage
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, or Zoom
• Participate in ongoing training and team mentorship
• Track performance metrics and maintain accurate records

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written)
• Self-motivated with a positive, coachable attitude
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire to grow personally and professionally
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Computer savvy
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check
• Sales, customer service, or call center experience
• Interest in leadership, training, or team-building
• Bilingual is a plus
