[Remote] Instructional Designer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Clarity Consultants is a company that specializes in talent development and learning strategies. They are seeking an Instructional Designer to support a large-scale Workday implementation initiative by designing and developing training solutions that help employees adopt new processes and systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop instructor-led training (ILT) and eLearning solutions supporting a Workday implementation
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and translate complex processes into effective learning experiences
- Apply adult learning principles to create engaging and performance-focused training
- Develop eLearning content using Articulate Storyline and Rise
- Create supporting training materials and job aids as needed
- Contribute to change adoption efforts through learning and communications support
Skills
- Instructional design experience with a portfolio demonstrating eLearning and ILT projects
- Expert knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, etc.)
- Proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise), Photoshop, and SnagIt
- Experience gathering content from subject matter experts and working with minimal existing materials
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to adapt to different work styles and personalities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, self-directed environment without sacrificing quality
- A background check and drug screen are required for the selected consultants
- Must be able to share work samples during an interview
- Background in health insurance, healthcare, or behavioral health training
- Experience supporting Workday implementations
- Experience supporting large-scale organizational change initiatives
