[Remote] Oracle EPM FCCS / General Ledger Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Kforce Inc is seeking an Oracle EPM FCCS/General Ledger Analyst to support financial consolidation and reporting initiatives. The role involves managing the Oracle FCCS application, overseeing financial consolidation processes, and ensuring accurate integration of ERP General Ledger data into Oracle EPM.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Oracle FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close) application
• Oversee financial consolidation processes, including:
• Intercompany eliminations
• Currency translation
• Ownership management
• Ensure timely and accurate period-end close activities
• Integrate and reconcile data between Oracle General Ledger (GL) and FCCS
• Validate data loads, mappings, and transformations
• Maintain chart of accounts mappings and dimensional hierarchies
• Work closely with Accounting, Finance, and IT teams
• Provide user support and training for FCCS and GL-related processes
• Translate business requirements into system solutions

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
• 3-7+ years of experience in Oracle Financials and/or EPM
• Hands-on experience with Oracle FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close)
• Hands-on experience with Oracle General Ledger (GL)
• Strong Understanding Of financial close and consolidation processes
• Strong Understanding Of intercompany accounting
• Strong Understanding Of multi-currency environments
• Work schedule aligned to Central Time to accommodate main customers
