[Remote] Vice President, Growth & Business Development
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Marketbridge is a company that partners with leading B2B brands to create unified Go-to-Market systems. They are seeking a Vice President of Growth & Business Development who will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing a qualified pipeline, and driving deals to closure while leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate net-new opportunities. Conduct structured outreach, build relationships, and create early-stage opportunities within target enterprise accounts
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline. Demonstrate ownership of lead generation, qualification, and early-stage deal shaping
- Drive opportunities through close. Take ownership of advancing qualified deals to contract signature by managing objections, coordinating internal resources, and maintaining momentum through final negotiation stages
- Support integrated solution development. Align client growth challenges to Marketbridge’s strategy, analytics, and activation capabilities
- Execute disciplined pipeline management. Maintain forecasting rigor and measurable progression across multi-quarter sales cycles
- Leverage AI for prospecting and qualification. Use AI-driven research, prospecting, opportunity qualification, deal framing, proposal development, and opportunity framing to increase efficiency and win rates
Skills
- 7-10+ years in marketing consulting, analytics or agency environment, with focus on B2B and B2B2C
- Demonstrated history of self-sourced pipeline generation and managing a book of business while selling into enterprise marketing or revenue leaders
- Strong consultative selling in GTM strategy, marketing analytics, marketing transformation marketing services, or sales effectiveness
- Experience navigating multi-stakeholder buying environments
- Strong record of closing $1M+ complex engagements
- Demonstrated use of AI for lead prioritization, forecasting, and commercial insight generation
- Bachelor's degree required
