[Remote] Member Support Consultant

The Member Support Consultant will conduct virtual consultations with veterans and their families, assess their needs, and guide them through the enrollment process for supplemental benefit options.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with veterans and their families through Zoom
• Assess client needs and explain available supplemental benefit options
• Guide clients through the enrollment process and provide follow-up support
• Maintain organized digital documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and development programs

Skills

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Windows-based laptop or desktop computer with webcam
• Reliable internet connection
