[Remote] Staff Product Designer

As a Staff Product Designer, you will lead design initiatives for Affirm's App and Card experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create innovative and user-centric financial products.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive design initiatives for Affirm’s App and Card experience, delivering high-impact, customer-centric solutions that align with business objectives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, data science, marketing, and research to drive innovation and deliver seamless, intuitive experiences
• Embrace agility—iterating quickly, adapting to change, and making data-driven decisions while maintaining a strong vision for the future
• Balance near-term execution with long-term strategic thinking, ensuring scalability and coherence across the Affirm ecosystem
