What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Inbound Customer Service & Sales Specialist at arenaflex, you will play an essential role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the Bodewell product line. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct, high-quality support to appliance owners via inbound calls, focusing on both sales opportunities and service-related inquiries with a friendly, professional tone.
  • Assisting customers with product information, including features, specifications, compatibility, and usage guidance, helping them make informed decisions.
  • Supporting product registration processes, ensuring customers can easily enroll their appliances for warranty coverage and service benefits.
  • Resolving customer issues by actively listening, troubleshooting concerns, recommending appropriate solutions, and offering minor concessions when necessary to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Creating, updating, and retrieving customer records within our systems to document complaints, resolutions, and follow-up actions accurately and efficiently.
