As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the frontline voice of the company, delivering exceptional service across phone, live chat, SMS, email, and social media channels. Your expertise will help policyholders understand their coverage, resolve billing inquiries, and guide them through the claims process—ensuring that each interaction reflects arenaflex’s commitment to empathy, accuracy, and speed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Multi‑Channel Customer Interaction: Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, live chat, SMS, email, and social media, providing clear and accurate information about policies, billing, and claims.
  • Policy & Billing Support: Assist customers with policy changes, payment processing, due‑date adjustments, payment‑plan setups, and portal navigation.
  • Claims Intake: Accept new claim reports, verify essential details, and guide customers through the next steps of the claims journey.
  • Problem Resolution: Investigate complex issues, coordinate with internal teams, and deliver timely resolutions that exceed customer expectations.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Accurately record all interactions in arenaflex’s CRM system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback on recurring issues, suggest process enhancements, and participate in ongoing training sessions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with peers, supervisors, and cross‑functional partners to share knowledge and support a high‑performing service culture.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required).
  • Associate’s degree (AA) or higher (preferred).
  • Minimum of 1 year of call‑center or customer‑service experience, or an equivalent blend of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally across multiple channels.
  • Strong computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and web‑based CRM tools.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with billing platforms, payment processing, and policy administration systems.
  • Exceptional problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
