Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Call Center Representative, you will be the voice of arenaflex, handling a variety of customer touchpoints with professionalism and empathy. Your day‑to‑day duties will include:

  • Answering inbound calls, responding to outbound outreach, managing email inquiries, and engaging in live‑chat conversations related to printing services, product specifications, pricing, and order status.
  • Providing accurate, up‑to‑date information on arenaflex’s product catalog, promotional offers, and service options, guiding customers through the selection and ordering process.
  • Resolving customer questions, concerns, and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive experience that reinforces brand loyalty.
  • Assisting clients in placing new orders, verifying details such as paper type, color specifications, quantity, and delivery requirements, and capturing all necessary data in the order management system.
  • Generating and sending order confirmations, invoices, and shipping notifications, while tracking order progress and proactively communicating any delays or changes.
  • Collaborating with internal teams—including production, logistics, and finance—to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver seamless service.
