What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Outstanding Member Service: Provide warm, knowledgeable, and efficient support to members via phone, chat, and email. Educate members about their benefits and guide them to the right healthcare providers based on their needs.
  • Follow and Refine Best Practices: Adhere to established processes for handling member inquiries while proactively suggesting improvements that elevate the member experience.
  • Maintain Digital Organization: Keep detailed, accurate records within arenaflex's platform and tools, including Zendesk and Google Workspace (G Suite), ensuring seamless case management and follow-up.
  • Relay Member Feedback: Serve as the voice of the member by communicating insights, trends, and pain points to our product and operations teams, directly influencing future enhancements.
  • Triage and Escalate: Identify complex, urgent, or sensitive member care situations and route them appropriately to ensure timely resolution.
  • Build Subject Matter Expertise: Develop and maintain a detail-oriented working knowledge of employer-sponsored health benefits, insurance terminology, and the broader healthcare landscape.
  • Embrace Continuous Learning: Stay current on product updates, industry changes, and best practices to consistently deliver accurate and helpful information.

Work Schedule and Remote Flexibility

This is a fully remote, full-time position with a target start date of August 25th. To ensure comprehensive coverage for our members, Concierge Associates follow a structured shift schedule. Current service hours are weekdays during East Coast business hours, though scheduling may evolve as arenaflex grows and member needs change. We will provide advance notice of any schedule modifications and work to accommodate preferences whenever possible.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Hourly Pay: The salary range for this position is $19–$22 per hour and is non-negotiable. Final compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including your qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
