[Remote] Inside Market Development Representative

The Inside Market Development Representative role is focused on expanding market presence by acquiring new business locations, engaging with decision-makers, and implementing marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Communicating product benefits and service offerings to potential subscribers using effective sales techniques to generate interest and conversions
- Identifying and acquiring new business locations by engaging with property developers, owners, and managers within market capital guidelines
- Positioning Comcast Business Services' portfolio to decision-makers, highlighting market-aligned advantages and value propositions for small and medium businesses
- Developing and implementing targeted marketing strategies to improve sales performance and increase market penetration in assigned territories
- Staying informed about emerging technologies and market trends to better position Comcast Business Services in the marketplace
- Conducting needs assessments with potential customers to recommend tailored business solutions that align with their operational requirements
- Managing in-person meetings with prospects and clients to build relationships, deliver presentations, and negotiate service agreements
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market development efforts to track progress and optimize performance
- Collaborating with internal sales and technical teams to facilitate smooth service implementation and enhance customer experience
- Attending industry events, networking opportunities, and training sessions to enhance professional development and expand business knowledge
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary
