They are seeking a Bilingual Solar Sales Consultant to respond to warm leads, conduct consultative conversations, and present customized solutions to homeowners. The role offers uncapped commission and opportunities for advancement in a high-demand industry.
Responsibilities
- Respond quickly and professionally to warm inbound and field-generated leads
- Conduct consultative discovery conversations to identify homeowner needs and opportunities
- Present customized solar and roofing solutions tailored to the customer
- Overcome objections and confidently close deals
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
- Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the sales cycle
- Prospect within your assigned territory to build a strong pipeline
- Deliver effective in-home or virtual presentations
- Address customer questions before and after the sale to drive confidence and close
Skills
- Inside or outside sales experience preferred (Real Estate, Roofing, Home Improvement, Construction, Remodeling, BDR/SDR experience strongly desired)
- Bilingual Spanish/English
- Ability to self-generate leads and manage a pipeline
- Competitive mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding goals
- Strong phone skills and in-home presentation ability
- Comfortable using CRM systems and virtual meeting tools
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Cell phone with data plan
