Client Service Associate, Billing (Hybrid NYC)

The Client Service Associate, Billing role is vital to the organization, focusing on billing processes and collaboration with various teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and sending out payroll files to clients for processing
- Handling client invoicing and payment processing
- Analyzing data pertaining to the billing function
- Responsible for interacting with clients and carriers and helping with any billing-related inquiries
- Assisting with the implementation of new clients from a billing standpoint
Skills
- Experience with client/customer service, preferably in a corporate setting
- Attention to detail with a high level of accountability and ownership of work
- Resourcefulness and ability to consult and work with others
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time and deadlines
- A team-oriented, friendly collaborative attitude
- Excel fluency is required with ability to develop pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, graphs, etc
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- HS Diploma or GED is required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- A degree in Accounting, Finance or Mathematics is a plus
